Battle of the Nations Anniversary Reenactment — Liebertwolkwitz 1813

An annual, ticketed public reenactment weekend held in Liebertwolkwitz, a district of Leipzig, recreating military and civilian life of the 1813 Battle of Nations (Volkerschlacht bei Leipzig) with several hundred reenactors, camp life, craft demonstrations and a staged battle. This is the recurring, association-run edition of the tradition, distinct from the much larger once-a-decade anniversary spectacles staged directly at the Volkerschlachtdenkmal (e.g. 2013 bicentennial, 2023 210th anniversary).
