Reading World War II Weekend

Held each June at the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum's own airfield in Reading, Pennsylvania, World War II Weekend — subtitled 'A Gathering of Warbirds' — pairs a large static and flying display of WW2-era aircraft with hundreds of living-history reenactors portraying Allied and Axis forces, period entertainers and warbird passenger flights. Now in its fourth decade, it is one of the largest events of its kind in the eastern United States and the museum's principal annual fundraiser.
