Last held 19–20 September 2026
🇮🇹 Fucecchio, Italy
Dates not yet confirmed

The last edition has finished and the organiser has not yet published dates for the next one. Going by previous years, expect it around mid September 2027 — but that is our projection, not an announcement, and nothing is settled until the organiser publishes the dates. Check with the organiser before you travel: sagretoscane.com.

About

An annual Renaissance-themed festival at the fortified bridge of Ponte a Cappiano, a hamlet of Fucecchio in Tuscany, recreating the 16th century when the bridge and its Medici-built sluice complex were at the height of their commercial prosperity under Cosimo I de' Medici. The two-day event, organised by the local Contrada Granducale, fills the bridge and surrounding streets with costumed reenactors, Renaissance dance and music, historical craft demonstrations and period food stalls; admission is free.

Programme

The programme for the next edition hasn’t been published yet. It goes up here as soon as the organiser releases it.
