About
An annual living-history day at the Cinque Torri open-air Great War museum in the Dolomites, where European reenactors in period Italian and Austro-Hungarian uniforms camp among preserved WW1 trenches and rock-cut shelters and demonstrate high-altitude soldiers' daily life; reached via the Cinque Torri chairlift, with a mountain mass. Depicts the static mountain-trench war of the Dolomites front generally, rather than one named battle.
