Battle of Kulm Reenactment — Chlumec & Přestanov 1813

An annual reenactment of the August 1813 Battle of Kulm, a major Napoleonic Wars engagement of the War of the Sixth Coalition fought near Chlumec (German: Kulm) and Prestanov. The town of Chlumec organises the commemoration each September together with the Historical Society of Belina and the Colloredo-Mansfeld military association of Teplice, staging a battle reenactment, military encampments and a memorial parade.

The reenactment is held on the meadow below the Zalužanská stop in Chlumec (Ústí nad Labem District), served by regional bus line 572524 (Litvínov - Záluží - Dubí - Chlumec); the nearest mainline railway station is in neighbouring Ústí nad Labem.
