SUN 'n FUN Aerospace Expo (53rd)
About
Known in American aviation as the season opener, SUN 'n FUN is the second-largest fly-in and air show in the United States after Oshkosh, drawing over two hundred thousand people to Lakeland Linder International Airport in central Florida for six days each spring. It combines daily afternoon flying displays and night air shows with several hundred exhibitors, forums and workshops, a large homebuilt and vintage aircraft camping area, and the Florida Air Museum on the same campus. It is run by the non-profit Aerospace Center for Excellence, which puts the proceeds into aviation education.
