Salou Sky Festival
Known locally as Festa al Cel
The last edition has finished and the organiser has not yet published dates for the next one. Going by previous years, expect it around mid September 2027 — but that is our projection, not an announcement, and nothing is settled until the organiser publishes the dates. Check with the organiser before you travel: salou.com.
About
Billed as Spain's largest aerial spectacle, this three-day beachfront airshow launched in 2025 pairs Spanish military assets (Eurofighter, HA-220 Super Saeta, A400M, Tigre and Chinook helicopters, the PAPEA parachute team) with international civilian aerobatic teams from Latvia, Poland and Sweden, plus drones, lasers and pyrotechnic evening displays over Salou's beaches.
Programme
The programme for the next edition hasn’t been published yet. It goes up here as soon as the organiser releases it.
Getting there
Free entry; the show is flown over the sea and best viewed from Salou's own beaches (Llevant and Ponent) along the Passeig Jaume I seafront, not from a ticketed enclosure. Driving to the seafront itself is discouraged: the organisers direct visitors to park-and-ride at the Emprius stadium car park, at Salou-PortAventura railway station, or on Camino del Cavet, each about a 25-30 minute walk to the beach viewing areas. Salou-PortAventura station has Rodalies de Catalunya regional trains from Barcelona and intermediate stations.
