MCAS Miramar Air Show

The largest military air show in the United States, staged over three days on an active Marine Corps air station and drawing something like seven hundred thousand people. Its signature item is the Marine Air-Ground Task Force demonstration, in which aircraft, ground troops and pyrotechnics stage a simulated battlefield assault along the crowd line. The 2026 programme is headlined by the US Navy Blue Angels and includes USAF, US Navy and USMC F-35 demonstrations, an MV-22 Osprey, a C-17 Globemaster III, the SOCOM Para-Commandos and the RAF Falcons, with a large static park of military and historic aircraft. General admission and parking are free.
